ADVANCED - Teaching

With the INTERMEDIATE Letter B videos we are introducing most of the graphemes and phonemes we are learning in this lesson: bat (b), bubble (bb), brown (br) and black (bl). For younger students we have some fun bubble songs, and for older students we have the popular Blood Mary song and dance starring Wednesday Addams (who wears a lot of black!). Brown appears in the mixing colours video. More B words appear in a children's version of the Beauty and the Beast story, and we have a creepy episode of Superted featuring A Crystal Ball. The goal here is to get students listening to and recognising the words, and to bring the concepts visually alive.
