The new Batman movie has some exciting moments like the car chase, but, it is very slow. This Batman movie is not really a superhero movie. It is a detective movie. Batman needs to find the Riddler who is killing people and sending Batman riddles. He chases the Penguin and makes friends with Catwoman. But, at the end of the story, the bad guys win. So this Batman is not a very good hero or detective.
