- In this course you will open a new gallery and curate artwork from your artists to sell! Design your gallery interior and exterior, and hire managers, artists, marketers and sales!
- You will run advertising campaigns to inform customers about your art! And when everything is ready, you will roll dice to play and see how many customers will buy your art and what your final profits will be!
- But beware! Losing money is only one difficulty! Every turn you will have new problems to face that will test your ability as a gallery owner to the limit! The art market is fickle and ever-changing!
- This course is designed to introduce students to English related to business, and specifically the art world, but also develops speaking and listening, reading, writing, grammar, CEFR B2-C2 vocabulary and presentation skills. Creativity and problem-solving are also key elements to running a successful gallery! Ideal for students with an interest in both art and entrepreneurship!
- A large dose of cross-curricular maths is built in to this ingenious and highly realistic spreadsheet game.
- This is the fourth game in the Oxford Master Business Game Series and is preceded by the Game of Restaurants, and Game of Business, and followed by the Game of Investment. Playing previous games is not necessary to access this course!
